Initial Assessment
Personal training begins with a complete fitness and nutrition assessment by your coach to establish where you are in relation to your goals. We’ll get you on your way to a healthy and fit life that you can maintain for years to come.
Training Schedule
One of the biggest benefits of personal training is that you set your own training schedule. Session times are scheduled to fit within your day, and workouts can last 30 or 60 minutes, depending on your needs.
Small Group Option
Our small group option is a great fit if you like to work out with others, but you’re also looking for a more personalized approach. Small group training provides you with more individualized attention compared to a larger group class.
